Moments of anxiety for Matteo Berrettini during his debut match at the Masters 1000 in Miami.
The Italian tennis player on the court against the Scot Andy Murray after winning the first set 6-4 felt dizzy at 5-2 for the former no.1 due to the hot and humid climate these days in the Florida city.
Berrettini risked fainting, but managed to reach his chair: the doctor intervened and took his blood pressure and, having received the all-clear, he returned to play after less than five minutes of stopping.
