The offer to Tim for Sparkle could improve and exceed 800 million euros with the contribution of the Spanish fund Asterion, specialized in infrastructure, alongside the Mef with a minority share.
These are just press rumors at the moment, neither the fund, nor its Italian telecommunications subsidiary Retelit, or the Mef have confirmed them.
The stock market did not have time to grasp the opportunity and the stock closed with a cautious increase (+0.42% to 0.22 euros).
Bloomberg reports the hypothesis as an indiscretion from sources close to the dossier, the offer could arrive as early as next month.
