We always knew, now it's official: the ONE Tower from Ramat Gan ("The Cube Tower") was chosen as the most beautiful new tower in the Middle East and Africa on behalf of the International Organization for Tall and Urban Building (CTBUH).

This is what Ramat Gan Mayor Carmel Shama HaCohen revealed this morning (Thursday) on his Facebook page.

The tower has 35 floors and rises to a height of 160 meters, contains about 50,000 square meters of employment and high-tech (over 5 parking basements). The construction of the tower by the real estate companies Rogovin and Acro, was completed before the war, on the mythical area of the Yellow Pages factory in the complex The stock exchange in Ramat Gan.

The tower was designed by Prof. Moshe Tzur, one of the top architects in the world.

According to Shama HaCohen, the impressions of the tower on the surface of the sky change depending on the observer's point of view: three glass cubes placed on top of each other, deflect and twist in an elegance that produces a silent movement despite being vast and static masses in the urban space.

The inspiration for the design of the tower stemmed from the desire to create a monumental icon, one that would become an element immediately identified with the skyline of the city of Ramat Gan.

The location of the tower in the heart of the stock exchange complex provides quick access to all axes and existing and future public transportation: immediate access to Ayalon routes, proximity to the Svidor Central train station, the red line of the light rail and a bus terminal right next to the tower.

Among the tenants of the tower are the companies Mobilai (the largest company in Israel in terms of value), Mastercard Global (the technology company), the software company f5, the sportstech company WSC, the workspace company ROOMS and more.

Shama HaCohen congratulates the partners in the construction of the tower, and writes: "Congratulations to the entrepreneurs Rogovin and Akro, to the architect Prof. Moshe Tzur, to the engineering department headed by city engineer Sigal Horesh and to the economic development department headed by Chen Ginon. Ramat Gan is in good hands that protect it and build it as a liberal city, Innovative and groundbreaking."
