In the hundreds of comments posted to the video, followers praised Barrymore for how "normal" and "simple" her New York home is.
"There's an atmosphere that this is the first apartment you bought and you're still there. It's so cute," wrote one of the Tik Tok followers.
"I just love how simple and sophisticated you are," added another.
Earlier this week, Barrymore gave fans a glimpse into her bathroom, showing off products from Dwayne Johnson's skincare brand that she used to enhance her tattoos.
The bathroom included dozens of picture frames on the walls and inlaid tiles on the upper part of the walls in the shower.
