Pensioner Regina from “Hartz und cordial” has had enough!
She has to deal with her health insurance again...
The RTLZWEI program “Hartz und cordial” has been providing insight into the lives of people who live on the fringes of society for years.
The Blockmacherring in Rostock also has many residents who are struggling with health problems, financial worries and unemployment.

Problems after a stroke and heart attack – “Hartz and cordial” Regina is struggling with her health
Regina has lived in Blockmacherring in Rostock Groß Klein for many years.
She lives in a one-room apartment with her dog Mickey and has to stay afloat on her small pension.
She is also suffering from health problems, as she suffers from limited mobility after a stroke and a heart attack.
Because of her problems, Regina from “Hartz und cordial” even surprised her friends with a new bed.
Health insurance doesn’t want to upgrade Regina from “Hartz and Warm” – “The Birds!”
Regina is currently classified as “care level 1” by her health insurance company, but she would like to change this as quickly as possible.
She would like to move to a higher level of care to receive more support.
But this is not that easy.
Frustrated, the 70-year-old tells “Hartz und cordial”: “It has already been rejected five times and I actually don’t feel like it anymore.”
The health insurance company is of the opinion that Regina could still “run too well”.
This makes the pensioner angry because even a short walk is hard on her.
“But they don’t see that, the birds!” she explains angrily.
A representative from the fund was supposed to come to Regina's home to review her case, but no one showed up for the appointment.
Absolutely incomprehensible for the 70-year-old.

But Regina from “Hartz und cordial” is not only mad at her health insurance company, but also at her former friend Pam.
The women were very close for two years until an argument divided them.
Now Regina is concentrating primarily on her four-legged friend Mickey.
But the Rostock woman wouldn't have any objections to a man at her side.
Regina has been single since her fiancé Norbert died, which is why the “Hartz und cordial” actress even discovered online dating some time ago.
So far nothing has come of it - but what isn't there can still be!
