The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine claims that the terrorist attack in Moscow is "a deliberate provocation by the Putin regime."
This was stated by Ukrainian military intelligence spokesman Andriy Yusov in a comment to Ukrainska Pravda.
"This is a deliberate provocation by Putin's special services, which the international community had warned about," he said.
"The Kremlin tyrant began his career with this and wants to end it with the same crimes against his own citizens."
