Artificial intelligence, human touch and innovation in the relationship between customers and bancassurance: this is the theme of the round table being held today in Milan, in Intesa Sanpaolo's 'La scheggia' skyscraper in via Melchiorre Gioia.

The event, which will be broadcast live on ANSA.it from 12.00, will be an opportunity to take stock of the use of artificial intelligence in banks and insurance, in particular in the group led by CEO Carlo Messina, which is heavily investing in the digitalisation of processes and services and in the use of the best technologies and skills as enabling factors of the business plan.

The challenges and opportunities linked to the rapid development of AI will be illustrated by four managers of the group: Marco Ditta, head of Data & Artificial Intelligence, Natascia Noveri, head of Innovation & Processes, Cristina Motta, executive director of the digital branch, and Massimiliano Dalla Via , CEO and general manager of Intesa Sanpaolo Rbm Salute.

Moderated by Federico Aguggini, head of AI Transformation.
