This was stated by the head of the Southern Command of the Israeli army Yaron Finkelman when speaking about the operations at the al Shifa hospital in Gaza, reports the Jerusalem Post.
“We have struck hundreds of terrorists, we have captured hundreds of terrorists and recovered significant intelligence information,” General Finkelman said.
According to the military radio, when speaking of the hunt for "every last terrorist", the general was referring in particular to one of the commanders of the military wing of Hamas, Raed Saad.
According to Israeli intelligence - the broadcaster specified - Saad is "among the five most wanted Hamas commanders" and could still be in the buildings of the Shifa hospital.
