Carrot chips/oak mesica
The perfect snack like you have never tasted before.
Also healthy with additional nutritional values that are better than just another potato, also sweet, also salty, also baked and not so fattening.
In short, you can eat these carrot chips as they are, or with a delicious dip such as ketchup, tahini, or tahini with a spoonful of amba, in front of a football game, or at the beach, or as an interesting addition to the rich Shabbat table that you will really like colorful and spicy rice on hand .
Ingredients:
4-5 carrots peeled and cut into chips
3 tablespoons of cornflour
5 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of crystalline garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon of salt
Oil spray

Slice the carrots into chips.

Place in a large bowl with a spoonful of salt and add boiling water to cover.
Cover for 20 minutes.

Drain the carrots from the water and leave to dry on absorbent paper.

Transfer to a bowl with dry spices and cornflour, mix well, then add olive oil.

Mix again and arrange on a tray lined with baking paper in rows, not one on top of the other.

Spray an oil spray and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes, or until browned.
