    In detail, applications for the on-site purchase of columns and design costs can be submitted from 15 March until 5.00 pm on 20 June 2024.


    Once the count of requests received for the attribution of the "drinking water" bonus in report on the expenses incurred from 1 January to 31 December 2023, for the purchase of systems that improve the quality of the water in our taps, the provision signed on 22 March 2024, by the director of the Revenue Agency, Ernesto Maria Ruffini, established that the percentage of the tax credit actually usable is equal to 6.45% of the amount requested.


    This is the tax incentive provided for by the 2021 budget law with the aim of rationalizing the use of water and reducing the consumption of plastic containers.

The facilitation measure consists of a tax credit equal to 50% of the expenses incurred between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2023 for the purchase and installation of filtering, mineralisation, cooling and/or addition of food carbon dioxide systems aimed at to the qualitative improvement of water for human consumption supplied by aqueducts.
