The Nature and Parks Authority announced the poisoning procedure to locate eagles and other animals in the area, and the authority's inspectors are still scanning the area in question.
3 dead eagles have already been identified in the area Eagle A50 nesting in Nahal Akab, Eagle E32 nesting in Ein Abdat, Eagle A25 nesting in the small crater.

The Authority will carry out a rescue dive to the nesting sites in order to save the chicks.
The Ministry of Environmental Protection announced the immediate allocation of NIS 15 million to deal with the issue.
