Asian bucket, Asian restaurant, Hod Hasharon/Yaniv Garnot
All the openings (and the closings too, I wish we didn't have to), new menus and limited edition dishes, festivals and holidays, special meals and once-a-year events (we wanted to write New Year's Eve, but we realized a long time ago that almost every two weeks there is some kind of "international... day" , and in our places this is a good enough reason for the event).
A chef who hosts and a chef who also hosts, a restaurant that dresses up and a staff that changes places, why not, actually.
A dish that gets its own roof (and walls), but also a "hole in the wall" is worth enough for us to report.
Eilat and Haifa, the Sharon and the Shefala, and Tel Aviv (but by no means only it).
In short, get Israel's food news.
And this time - celebrations, exaggerations, corruptions and hopes.
And that's just the first dish.
enjoy your meal!

Breakfast at Dixie/Carla Collection
Haim Cohen's institution of excesses and corruption in Tel Aviv is bringing back the comfort of its mythological brunch, for now only on Saturdays.
Here (between 9:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.) you will find nine worthy wake-up options, including a three-egg omelet with bacon and cheddar cheese, two Benedict versions (poached egg and hollandaise sauce with home-cured salmon or bacon, and home fries or salad green), BLT sandwich, "American breakfast" (three eggs as you like, toast and butter, bacon or cream cheese and gouda, home fries or green salad), French toast beefburger (200 g hamburger, poached egg, bacon, hollandaise sauce, Home Fries or Breakfast Salad), Steak & Pear and also French Toast or Migdal Pancakes for dessert.

Asian bucket restaurant/Assaf Kerala
The excellent restaurant led by Midad Stabinsky in Hod Hasharon celebrates the twilight of winter with a menu refresh that starts with the food and flows naturally into the cocktail section.
Here you can find, among other things, "Sai Hua" sausage (a traditional beef sausage from Chiang Mai, seasoned with kaffir lime and herbs, with a spicy gum-freak dip), Japanese coleslaw salad with toasted sesame aioli, coconut and schnitzel pieces, Vietnamese pho soup with noodles and beef cuts and also a mix of "Sunset Sweet" (vodka, peach, pineapple, hibiscus, lime and soda), "Queen Louisa" (gin, Louisa, lime, cucumber, ginger and soda) and "White In Rum" (white rum, guava, lime, almonds, coconut cream, mint and lemon grass).

Bukaria Restaurant/Liran Maimon
Ran Alkobi's Italian restaurant in Petach Tikva is celebrating eight years of tabon and carbs with special menus and delicious collaborations that will last until the end of March.
The last week of the month will be marked by a meal that Strom volunteered secrets and put together birthday dishes, including fennel and citrus salad, Cacchio e Pepe pizza, handmade "gnocchi Sorrentina" and panzerotti, those savory donuts filled with cheese.

Spells and whispers, Ayelet Zahavi
Cover of Spells and Whispers by Ayelet Zahavi/Esti Goldstein
The feminine kitchen of Ayelet and Hila Zahavi in Kibbutz Einat produces not only food, but also many stories and secrets.
These are now combined into an intriguing book that is seeking the public's support through the start.
As promised, the book will include seven years of work, stories, songs and feelings, and especially the same magic that "cooks" love and hungry people into the spices of our lives.
