News coming for tax discounts: the desk dedicated to tax credit for the purchase and installation of electric vehicle charging infrastructure reopens.
Over 70 million euros still available.
And the percentage of the tax credit for the water bonus is fixed.
The Revenue Agency reminds us of this in its Webzine, FiscoOggi.
With the directorial decree of 7 March 2024 of the Energy department of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security, - explains the Agency - the terms and methods for submitting requests for concession and disbursement of the contribution for the installation of the columns are defined charging by businesses and professionals.
After the first opening of the desk, which took place in October and November 2023, the ministry announced, more than 70 million euros are still available compared to the 87.5 million initially allocated.

In detail,
applications
for the purchase and installation of the columns and design costs)
can be submitted from 15 March until 5pm on 20 June 2024
.
Any technical problems related to the insertion of the application must be reported by the closing date of the desk, and will be managed by June 30th.
The application must be completed and submitted online via the platform available on the Invitalia website, in the "Electric charging stations" section.
Same time window, 15 March - 20 June 2024, for applications relating to interventions for the costs of connection to the electricity grid, but in this case the requests and related attachments must be submitted exclusively via certified email to the following certified e-mail address: CRE1 @postacert.invitalia.it.
For the water bonus, the account of the requests received for the attribution of the "drinking water" bonus has been completed in relation to the expenses incurred from 1 January to 31 December 2023, for the purchase of systems that improve the quality of the water of our taps, the provision signed on 22 March 2024 by the director of the Revenue Agency, Ernesto Maria Ruffini, established that the percentage of the tax credit actually usable is equal to 6.45% of the amount requested.
This is the tax incentive provided for by the 2021 budget law (article 1, paragraphs 1087 to 1089, n. 178/2020) with the aim of rationalizing the use of water and reducing the consumption of plastic containers.
The relief measure consists of a tax credit equal to 50% of the expenses incurred between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2023 for the purchase and installation of filtering, mineralization, cooling and/or anhydride addition systems food carbon aimed at improving the quality of water for human consumption supplied by aqueducts.
