3 (approx. 600 g) apples (these types of apples are particularly suitable)
3 eggs
0.5 tsp vanilla extract
300 g flour (e.g. spelled flour)
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of salt

Preparing apple bread is quick and easy:
Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.
Wash apples and grate finely with the peel.
Whisk together with eggs and vanilla extract.
Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt) in a bowl.
Mix with apples and eggs to form a viscous dough.
Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes (do a stick test).
Remove the apple bread from the oven and let it cool.
