Filippo Mosca will remain locked up in the Porta Alba prison, in Costanza, Romania.
For the young twenty-nine year old from Caltanissetta, who has been imprisoned for 10 months now, after a first degree sentence of 8 years and 3 months for international drug trafficking, the Romanian judges have confirmed the precautionary measures.
Mother Ornella Matraxia reported this to ANSA.
Same fate for his friend Luca Cammalleri and for the Italian girl who had the package delivered to Filippo Mosca's hotel, inside which, instead of cosmetics, the police found 150 grams of drugs.
