A wild Giannis Antetokounmpo, with 30 points and 19 rebounds, led the Milwaukee Bucks to victory against Oklahoma City in one of Sunday's NBA matches pitting two title contenders against each other.
The Bucks won 118-93 with a phenomenal second half of the game, after the score was 48-47 at halftime, and are still second in the East, even if far from Boston which is one step away from mathematically securing the first place.
The Thunder had big problems against the home defense, with a shooting percentage of 37%, and with the defeat they gave up first place in the West to the Denver Nuggets.
Elsewhere, James Harden wasn't lucky in his first match against his former team, as the Clippers were defeated 121-107 in Los Angeles by Philadelphia.
The Sixers, still without their star Joel Embiid due to injury, took a large lead early and then resisted a late comeback attempt by the Clippers.
Harden scored just 12 points but also dished out 14 assists.
Thanks to the success, Philadelphia remains in the running for a place in the play-ins.
Entertainment again in Los Angeles in the match between the Lakers and the Indiana Pacers, which ended 150-145 for LeBron James' band.
The best scorer for the Lakers - who occupy ninth place in the West - was Davis with 36 points and 16 rebounds, while both James and Dinwiddie scored 26 and Reaves added 25. Detroit's ordeal continues, with New Orleans suffered its sixth consecutive defeat 114-101 in a season with thrilling numbers (12 wins and 59 knockouts).
