Of the eight prizes awarded by the jury chaired by Nathalie Stutzmann, the Israeli Bar Avni won five.
Including that of the orchestra musicians.
“Of all, undoubtedly the one who honors and upsets me the most
,” concedes the 34-year-old Israeli.
She assures her: she didn't even think she would pass the first round:
“I had warned my loved ones that I would be back in forty-eight hours,”
