Propose a specialized reflection on the relevance of the art market in Italy with a specific focus on some of the most noteworthy current trends in modern and contemporary art.
From this objective comes the publication of the new edition of 'Collectors and the value of art in Italy - 2024', the third volume of the editorial series promoted by Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking in collaboration with the Art, Culture and Historical Heritage Department and the Studies Department and Research by Intesa Sanpaolo.
The volume will be presented on Wednesday 27 March at 11.30 and can be followed in streaming on the Intesa Sanpaolo group website and on ANSA.it.
The research promoted by Intesa Sanpaolo returns with an investigation into the market and value of art in Italy of a quantitative and qualitative nature and an insight into collecting.
The presentation event will be opened by the general director of Intesa Sanpaolo Private Banking, Andrea Ghidoni and the executive director of art, culture and historical heritage of Intesa Sanpaolo, Michele Coppola.
This will be followed by speeches, among others, by Gregorio De Felice, chief economist of Intesa Sanpaolo and Guido Guerzoni, professor at Bocconi University.
