If you've ever dreamed of having a body like Jennifer Lopez's - maybe you have a chance.

The 54-year-old singer shared an Instagram video this week of herself completing some of the strength exercises she does in the morning that led to her body.



Lopez begins the video with a series of stretches before going into weight training, which includes shrugs, crunches, and working the muscles of the arms, including those of the "salt and pepper."

She then lies down on the mat to complete a series of core exercises that work, among other things, the abdominal muscles.

But physical activity alone will not be enough for you.

In addition, water is a very important part of Jennifer Lopez's diet and she drinks a lot of it every day.

In an interview with the magazine Hello!

held several years ago, the singer said that her first rule for a fit and healthy body is to make sure to drink a lot of water (which surely also contributes to the appearance of her facial skin, which recent photos prove is in excellent condition even without makeup).



"Drinking a lot of water, especially before a workout, allows me to put in more effort and get more out of my workouts," Lopez said in an interview.

"After every workout, I try to make sure I consume a lot of fluids and get enough rest. That way I'm ready to work again the next day."



Drinking lots of water is only one part of Lopez's fluid regimen, avoiding certain fluids also helps her - like alcohol and coffee.

Lopez said that she has been avoiding caffeine for years.



Another principle that Lopez adheres to is Clean Eating, and if she is already snacking, then she does it wisely.

Her lunches always include a side dish of vegetables, usually they consist of salmon with a salad of broccoli, zucchini and peppers in a vinaigrette sauce.

Her dinner usually includes a combination of protein with quinoa.

If Lopez finds herself hungry between these meals, she opts for healthy combinations of fruits and vegetables.
