This doesn't change anything for you.

With a lot of discipline and a healthy diet, the first pounds will fall off quickly.

But unfortunately this effect is often only short-lived: the lost kilos are quickly back on the hips - and often even more than before.

The famous yo-yo effect sends greetings.

However, with the right weight loss strategy, this should be over, as the “Nutrition Docs” promise in their latest book “Our Anti-Jo-Jo Method”.

Anyone who is interested in healthy eating and regularly informs themselves will sooner or later come across the “nutrition docs”.

The doctors on the NDR TV show of the same name focus primarily on healthy nutrition in order to alleviate or even cure health problems.

With their latest book they tackle their readers' excess pounds.

Your goal: prevent the dreaded yo-yo effect with a permanent change in diet.

In their experience, this mainly occurs after crash diets that have been severely reduced in calories.

The nutrition docs are now putting an end to the diet madness: With their anti-yo-yo method, they present a long-term change in diet for healthy weight loss.

The renowned TV doctors rely on the slimming properties of lots of vegetables, plenty of protein and enough fiber, which will help you lose weight all by yourself - without going hungry!

In the usual Nutrition Docs style, the first part of the book “Our Anti-Yo-Yo Method” provides extensive information on the subject of losing weight: What are the reasons why diets fail?

What causes the yo-yo effect – and how can it be prevented?

In ten steps, the experienced doctors show which foods contribute to a slim figure, what helps with cravings and give practical tips on how to stick with it.

The book “Anti-Belly Fat Formula” by sports doctor Ingo Froböse also promises to get fit in 30 days.

The nutrition docs show once again that healthy food can also be really tasty: In the second part of the book “Our Anti-Jo-Jo Method” there are more than 70 everyday recipes waiting for readers to try.

It doesn't always have to be salad and raw vegetables - from "overnight oats with chili nuts" to home-baked whole-grain rolls and protein shakes to "vegetable noodles with cashew sauce" and low-sugar desserts, there's everything that tastes delicious and helps you lose weight.
