For many people, WhatsApp is a simple means of communication that is used almost every day.
Human resources departments are now also using the tool to attract employees.
Those interested should scan a QR code and will then be redirected directly to the WhatsApp application.
For some test projects it should be possible to upload certificates and CVs.
Others use it more to establish contact, such as the DHL Group.
WhatsApp has been used in some regions since 2019.

It is a low-threshold offer for younger people.

If you want to apply online via WhatsApp or obtain information from a company, you should take this seriously.
The framework may be looser than in a classic application process, but you should still be well prepared.
For example, pay attention to spelling and grammar; the spell checker on your smartphone will usually help you.
