Héloïse (Sandrine Kiberlain) fears seeing her third child leave home after the baccalaureate.
Jade, 18, has in fact decided, if she gets the chance, to continue her studies in Canada.
From then on, the mother, obsessed by this prospect, swears only by the camera option on her phone.

Directly inspired by the experience of director Lisa Azuelos (“LOL”, “Une Rencontre” or “Dalida”…), 57 years old, who hired her own daughter, Thaïs Alessandrin, exceptional in her own role, this comedy shines with the immediate truth that it reveals around this bittersweet moment when the child leaves the family nest.

It's very rare that someone announces a separation eight months in advance.
