The Agriturist Observatory (Confagricoltura) reports this in tracking the progress of the upcoming holidays in agritourism.
"If we record a full house for the Easter and Easter Monday lunches, not all the facilities are fully booked for the rooms and those located further inland are the most penalized - says President Congonti - even if the bookings started late, recovery is going fast."
