and talk about his medical procedure with his fans, in the hopes of

After his speech, Arnold Schwarzenegger confided that he had received numerous messages from people born with the same malformation.

This is far from the first time that Arnold Schwarzenegger, born with a congenital heart defect called the bicuspid aortic valve, has undergone medical surgery for his health condition.
Already in 1997, when he was 50 years old, the actor and former governor of California was forced to carry out a pulmonary valve replacement, an operation which facilitates the circulation of blood from the heart to the lungs.
Nearly 20 years later, he underwent open heart surgery to replace the pulmonary valve in question, at the time considered too old.
In 2020, her aortic valve, which helps blood flow from the heart to the rest of the body, was replaced.

“some scar tissue from my previous operation had made my heart rhythm irregular,”

It was therefore necessary to perform a new operation at the Cleveland Clinic.
