Easy Tasty Tip:
The cauliflower gratin can also be cooked in a vegetarian or vegan version if you like.
If you follow a vegetarian diet, simply replace the Parmesan with grated cheese.
For the vegan version, plant-based margarine as well as vegan alternatives for milk, cream and parmesan can be used.
This is what vegetables taste like for young and old: Delicious cauliflower gratin can score points with a creamy sauce and aromatic cheese.

Because delicious gratins are always a success, it's not just the cauliflower that can end up in the casserole dish.
Favorites such as a creamy pasta and ham gratin or a classic potato gratin with cream are prepared just as quickly and the oven does a lot of the work.
