"The separation of the careers of magistrates is in the government program and will be presented by the month of April, at the latest by May of this same year. It will be essential to the reform of the CSM for obvious reasons that a separation of careers entails, therefore two separate CSMs.
To do so for a radical reform it is necessary to change the Constitution, since it is a constitutional revision the process will obviously be longer and intersecting with the reform of the premiership it will have certain times".
