The Prosieben boards "reject" Mfe-Mediaset's requests for the next meeting of the German media group, of which Biscione is largely the first shareholder with almost 30% of the votes.
The main requests concern the spin-off for a future sale of the television activities, for Prosieben to focus more on the core television business, as well as changes in the boards and in the statute on capital dilution.
The requests of Mfe-Mediaset remain on the agenda of the meeting at the end of April of the German group, whose board said they were very clearly opposed to the resolutions proposed by the largest shareholder.
