Tommaso Verdini, son of the former parliamentarian Denis, has asked to negotiate a sentence of 2 years and 10 months as part of the investigation into contracts in Anas in which corruption and bid rigging are being prosecuted.
Based on what we learn, the suspect is awaiting the possible green light from the Rome Prosecutor's Office on the request.
In recent weeks, the prosecutors of the capital, coordinated by the deputy Paolo Ielo, had requested and obtained immediate judgment for Verdini and other suspects, including Fabio Pileri, partner of the former parliamentarian's son in the Inver company.
