10 eggs
60 ml milk
Salt pepper
chives (optional)
Butter for the mold
Spring onions (optional)

Scrambled eggs for Easter brunch: How to prepare them successfully
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top/bottom heat.
Mix the eggs with the milk in a bowl.
Salt enough and add a pinch of pepper.
Optionally you can also add some chives.
Whisk the whole thing well.
Grease a baking dish with butter.
Pour in the egg mixture and place in the oven on the middle shelf.
Let the scrambled eggs set for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, open the oven door and stir the scrambled eggs with a wooden spoon.
Bake for another three minutes, stir again - and bake for another three minutes.
The scrambled eggs should now be ready to serve.
Remove from the oven and optionally garnish with spring onions or other herbs.
