Facts for which the France Télévisions group was condemned on January 25 for sexual harassment, moral harassment, failure to comply with the obligation of safety in the workplace, unfair execution of the employment contract, reclassification of fixed-term contracts as permanent contracts and nullity of the dismissal.
Both parties have since decided to appeal.
Contacted, the France Télévisions group confirms this call, but makes no comment.
