Stop the invoice discount and the assignment of Superbonus credits for public housing (Iacp), housing cooperatives, non-profit organizations, earthquake or flood affected areas, but with exceptions for processes already started.
This is what the decree approved yesterday in the Council of Ministers provides which also 'saves' architectural barriers.
The exceptions concern those who have presented the Cila and, in condominiums, have also voted on the assembly resolution for the works.
In the case of demolition and reconstruction of buildings, the application for the acquisition of the qualification must be submitted.
Finally, where the title is not required, the work must have already started or a binding agreement must have already been stipulated between the parties and a deposit paid on the price.
