Labrador Buster enjoys spring and jumps into the pool. My mistress thinks that's enough. The dog doesn't want to listen. How does she manage to get him out of the water?

Some dog breeds seem to be born to splash around in water. As soon as the first rays of sunshine appear, you can't get enough of the refreshment. No matter whether it’s a river, lake, sea or the pool in the garden – the main thing is that it’s wet and fun. Labrador Buster seems to be having a lot of fun - as soon as the spring season officially opens, nothing and no one can stop him from jumping into the pool, cheering happily. Not even his mistress. A video on TikTok shows how much he enjoys the spring fever. But what if you have to leave and the fun is over?

Water rat Labrador cannot be stopped

Shortly after the video was shared

on the TikTok account @

, it went viral. It has been viewed more than 140,000 million times. No wonder, because it shows the stark truth. It seems as if dogs have an internal clock - they turn up whenever we urgently need to get away. Buster's owner writes: "When you have a dinner reservation but can't get your dog out of the pool." She uses nine different methods to get her four-legged friend out of the water. These should be viewed with a wink - that's what makes the video so wonderfully amusing.

Woman tries nine different methods

  • 1st attempt: She calls him by name and is relatively neutral

  • 2nd attempt: She uses the command “Come here” and seems a little frustrated

  • 3rd attempt: He's out of the water, lets himself be dried off, but then he escapes again

  • 4th attempt: She tries flattery – “Be a good boy for once, just this once”

  • 5th attempt: She uses an angry voice

  • 6th attempt: She's not fast enough and doesn't have the right timing

  • 7th attempt: He jumped into the water with his towel

  • 8th attempt: She is totally upset and annoyed

  • 9th attempt: She just lets him do whatever he wants

Now guess what really made Buster come out of the pool? The answer: “Dad finally comes home and he hears”. It's pretty cheeky of the four-legged friend to ignore his owner's wishes and only listen to his owner. Luckily, she can laugh about it heartily – and the TikTok community with her. More than 150,000 users commented on the clip.
