"We need to wait for the Court to put in writing the order pronounced yesterday, i.e. the rejection of house arrest for Ilaria Salis, and it will take a few days after the Easter holidays. Immediately afterwards, certainly within the deadlines set, we will present the appeal against this order to the Court of the appeal which has already issued a ruling in our favor, regarding the translation of all the documents of the trial into Italian". Thus the lawyer GyorgyMagyar on the timing of the appeal. Magyar declined to speculate on the timing of the ruling on the appeal.
