When asked about the request from the Normale of Pisa to reevaluate the Maeci Italy-Israel tender, sources from the Ministry of the University replied that the judgment on the decision follows what has already been expressed on the occasion of similar decisions, such as that of the University of Turin.
On that occasion, Minister Anna Maria Bernini had judged the choice to be the wrong one, even though it was made within the scope of the autonomy of the universities.
The minister defined any form of exclusion or boycott as "foreign to the tradition and culture of our universities" and science diplomacy as a powerful and effective tool for the end of conflicts and the search for peace.
