100 g frozen leaf spinach
4 eggs
50 g cheese, grated
Salt and pepper, to taste
175g cream cheese
200 g smoked salmon
0.5 lemon, squeezed

It's so easy to make the spinach roll with salmon at home:
Preheat the oven to 200 °C top/bottom heat.
Defrost the spinach and squeeze it well.
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.
Mix egg yolks, spinach, cheese, salt and pepper. Fold in the egg whites.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly on it. Bake in the preheated oven for about ten minutes. Remove the spinach plate from the oven, let it cool and turn it over.
Spread with cream cheese and top with salmon. Finally, drizzle with lemon juice and roll up. Then wrap in cling film and chill in the fridge for at least two hours. Slice and serve. Bon appetit!
