The United States Central Command (Centcom) says "26 humanitarian aid packages ended up at sea" during the latest airdrop of humanitarian assistance carried out yesterday in the northern Gaza Strip to provide support to civilians affected by the ongoing conflict.
American C-17 planes dropped the equivalent of over 46,000 meals on the area, Centcom specifies, ensuring that the drop errors did not cause "damage to civilians or infrastructure".
