For five years he will no longer be able to access any type of sporting event. It is the Daspo issued by the police commissioner of Ravenna Lucio Pennella to the parent who last Saturday attacked the 22-year-old coach of his son's team during a football match in a hamlet of the Romagna city between young chicks from two local sports clubs.
At the end of the investigation carried out by the Anti-Crime division of the Ravenna Police Headquarters on the basis of the elements that emerged from the Digos checks, the police considered the parent's conduct to be particularly serious and dangerous for public order and safety. Specifically, the man, at the height of an argument with the coach generated by the substitution of his son, attacked him by hitting him with jerks, kicks and a headbutt on the forehead resulting in medical treatment in the emergency room.
Considering the episode to be a real act of violence which undermines the high founding values of sport and education, which also occurred in a sporting and socio-educational context made up of children between the ages of nine and eleven, the parent was hit by a suitable Daspo.
