The A23 motorway is closed to traffic in both directions due to a landslide that occurred this morning in the municipality of Amaro (Udine). The heavy rains that fell in the area in the last few hours caused the detachment of the rocks. The roadway was invaded by rocky debris and large boulders. Three vehicles were stuck due to the landslide but no one was hit. The firefighters of the Udine command arrived on site, intervening together with the teams of the Gemona and Tarvisio detachments.
