Preparation is so easy:

  • For the “Smashed” Gyoza:

    In a bowl, mix together the minced meat, spring onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil.

  • Portion about a tablespoon of the minced meat filling into the middle of the dumpling dough sheets. Flatten slightly with your fingers.

  • Then fry in a hot pan with the minced meat filling facing down. Turn after about three minutes.
