The government summons Tim and Vivendi.
Tomorrow the representatives of the telephone group and those of its main French shareholder will be received in Rome by the golden power committee for a further investigation into the sale of Netco to Kkr. The green light has already arrived but, according to what was anticipated by the newspapers, the government would like to understand, in view of the assembly on 23 April, what orientation the French will have.
The meeting will be tomorrow afternoon at Palazzo Chigi.
The object of the meeting, however, seems broader: it would be the verification of the requirements envisaged by the golden power headed by Telecom and Vivendi as the main shareholder.
From the latest press reports, the presence of French representatives at the table with the government does not seem certain.
While for the telephone company CEO Pietro Labriola should be at the table.
