Brussels sprouts and carrot salad:
300 g Brussels sprouts
100 g carrots
100g apple
40g spring onion
Dressing:
80g mayonnaise
50 g crème fraîche
30 ml white wine vinegar
1 tsp salt
0.5 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
Chives, if desired

The preparation is simple:
For the Brussels sprouts and carrot salad:
Wash the Brussels sprouts, remove the outer leaves if necessary and slice into thin slices. Wash, peel and roughly grate the carrots. Wash, peel and halve apples, remove the core and grate coarsely. Also wash the spring onions and cut them into fine rings. Mix the Brussels sprouts, carrots, apples and spring onions.
For the dressing: Mix
mayonnaise, crème fraîche, white wine vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar and pour over the vegetables. Mix well and let steep for about 30 minutes.
Garnish the Brussels sprouts and carrot salad with chives if desired and serve.
