"France today introduces a new draft comprehensive resolution, which first calls for a ceasefire in Gaza without a time limit, as well as the immediate release of all hostages, and condemns the October 7 attack by Hamas." Nicolas de Riviere, the Paris ambassador to the UN, said this before the closed-door consultations of the Fifteen.
