  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 125 ml milk

Potato Bundt Cake: How to prepare it successfully

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a Bundt cake tin with butter.

  • Mix the butter and sugar with the egg yolks until fluffy, add the softened chocolate and mix well. Press the cooked and peeled potatoes and mix in the mixture. Mix the ground almonds, flour and baking powder and stir in.

  • Add cinnamon and milk and mix well. Beat the egg whites into egg whites and fold in carefully.
