Tim's CEO Pietro Labriola spent about an hour at Palazzo Chigi, guest of the Golden Power committee which wants to take stock of the sale of Netco to Kkr. Vivendi was also summoned and, according to what we understand, justified its absence with a letter. Vivendi is the largest shareholder, with almost 24% but it no longer has de facto control (it does not exercise management and coordination activities) and since its CEO Arnaud de Puyfontaine left the board of directors it no longer has any representatives on the board, and on this basis - the letter argues - you don't think you need to attend a technical meeting.
