The Municipality of Acre will invest approximately one million shekels in a rebranding project and the continued development of the Acre East neighborhood. The process will be led by an advertising agency selected in a tender. The neighborhood is expected to house 30 thousand new residents

The municipality of Acre announces that it is currently embarking on the process of branding the new Acre East neighborhood, which is being built east of the city. The branding process will be led by the "Hebron Salzman" advertising agency, which was selected in a tender, and at the end of it, the city of Acre is expected to promote an advertising campaign in the amount of about one million shekels.



The neighborhood which is currently under development is expected to house about 30 thousand new residents in 8,000 housing units and will also contain about 500 dunams of employment and commercial area. Of the 8,000 housing units to be built, 2,000 units have already been marketed by the Israel Land Authority.



The umbrella agreements signed with the Ministry of Finance, Construction and Housing, the Israel Lands Administration and the Municipality of Acre, for the construction of approximately 17,000 new housing units, with a determination to promote new municipal development and the efficiency of the city, led the city of Acre to a process of intense construction boom.



The development includes new neighborhoods under advanced construction, green parks and a large employment area. The umbrella agreements strengthened the ability of the Municipality of Acre to unite the preservation of Acre's culture and rich history, and the need to develop modern and advanced urban infrastructure and enable families to purchase apartments in new neighborhoods, near a new employment area.

We are working together with the Ministry of Economy and Minister Nir Barkat, to attract defense industries that will operate in the new employment zone and which will provide many jobs for the city's residents, along with attracting new residents from among workers the defense industries".



The neighborhood that is being built these days according to the principles of sustainability will include an urban boardwalk where the flow path of Nahal Acre will also pass. In addition, many parks, public and community institutions, kindergartens and schools are expected to be built for the benefit of the residents.
