Stop wanting to increase the number of kilometers
Firstly, the coach recommends stopping wanting to increase the number of kilometers too quickly over the course of your outings and instead advises running little, but more often. “When you start running, running 30 or 40 minutes at once is too much,” Lucile Woodward immediately informs. When you run only once a week, the muscles are not used frequently enough to readjust quickly.”

Rather than a long outing of one hour per week, the coach advises going for a run at least three times per week (even four to five times ideally)...
