If sometimes we think we've seen everything when it comes to the slandered rapper

Kanye West

, it turns out that a new case can always emerge that will reveal another part of his problematic character. The rapper, who was previously sued by female employees employed at the academic institution he founded, is now adding a new lawsuit to the collection, after another former employee filed a lawsuit against him with very serious claims and accusations.

According to the publications on the gossip sites overseas,

Trevor Phillips

, who first worked for West's fashion brand and later was also employed at "Dunda", the academic institution that the rapper founded, filed a new lawsuit against him that contains no less than 42 pages, in which he detailed the exploits of the rapper, the ideas and his plans.

Phillips began working for the rapper in November 2022, and according to his claims, it was clear from the very beginning that West discriminated between black and white employees: "He treated black team members worse than white employees. He screamed and insulted black employees, while he never even raised his voice towards the white team members".

The former employee later claims that weeks after Adidas and Gap canceled their contract with West due to his anti-Semitic statements, this did not prevent him from continuing to express himself in a problematic manner, this time towards the LGBT community. According to the lawsuit, the rapper made various claims, including: "Homosexuals are controlled by Bill Gates so they don't have children in order to control the population."

Phillips went on to detail how West's problematic statements and behavior reached the academy he founded. According to the lawsuit, the rapper once threatened two children that he would shave their heads, and that he intended to set up a detention facility at the school so that "it would be possible to lock them in cages".

In addition, he describes how the rapper continued to spread his theories and anti-Semitic statements against the students and staff of the school. On one occasion, West said that he "only likes to date white women". In another case, he told the academy staff that they must not be fat or they would be fired.

Phillips also told about a business meeting he held with West during which he "felt uncomfortable", after the rapper praised Hitler in his ears, said that the holocaust did not happen and that "gays are not real Christians". When the former employee tried to confront him, the rapper "responded mercilessly, with relentless harassment, humiliation and attempts to mentally control and destroy Phillips," according to the lawsuit. It is also claimed that the peak came when the employee was subjected to physical violence, this in the eyes of the students of the school.

As mentioned, this lawsuit joins a host of other lawsuits filed against the rapper, which revealed very strange details about the academic institution he founded and where some of his children studied. In the previous lawsuits, the former employees who submitted them detailed various deficiencies in the field of health and safety on the premises of the institution, illegal education methods and very unusual rules that were implemented there.
