The Eni shareholders' meeting, which will meet on May 15th, will examine a widespread shareholding plan which "will be initially implemented for employees in Italy and then gradually extended to foreign companies, compatibly with national legislation, with the aim of strengthening the sense of belonging to the company and participation in the growth of corporate value, in line with the interests of shareholders".
Eni makes this known by specifying that the Plan provides for two annual assignments (in 2024 and 2025) of free shares for an annual individual monetary value of 2,000 euros.
