Good news for young couples in the Sharon area: the National Committee for the Planning and Construction of Preferred Housing Complexes (and TML) has approved for deposit the plan of the Ministry of Construction and Housing to establish a new residential neighborhood in Kfar Yona. Young people looking for quality housing at (relatively) reasonable prices in the Sharon area.



The program covers an area of ​​approximately 630 dunams and includes 1,821 housing units that will be built in residential buildings, most of them 4-7 stories, and 3 towers of up to 15 stories. Out of all the housing units , 25%-20 small and very small apartments, which will cater to young households and a wide variety of population groups, as well as 100 apartments.



In addition to the housing units, the plan includes commercial and employment areas along a new urban boulevard and the existing Dan Street, which will be integrated into the ground floor of the residential buildings facing the boulevard In addition, the plan offers about 99,000 square meters for public spaces, and about 27 dunams of open spaces.



The planning emphasizes the public space, through the establishment of pleasant streets for walking and optimal connectivity to the city and the centers in the neighborhood. In the transportation aspect, the plan relies on transportation public and includes public transportation routes, alongside transportation solutions for connecting the road system to the regional system.
