The campaign is sober. A white background, two blonde heads and black and taupe looks. Do we really need a decor, finally, when we have a super model from the 1990s... and her 21-year-old almost “twin”. Kate Moss and her daughter, Lila Grace Moss Hack, appear together in the latest Fendi campaign, that of the Peekaboo bag, released on April 4. More than ever, mother and daughter are alike. Arm in arm, head to head, they stare confidently into the camera. In the two photos, captured by Craig McDean, Kate and Lila Moss wear matching looks and of course, the Italian brand's beige bag. And if this is the first time that the super model and her daughter appear together in a campaign, it is not the first time that they have united around Fendi.

Gala, podiums and campaign

In 2021, guests at the brand's spring-summer 2021 haute couture show thought they were seeing double. After Demi Moore and Bella Hadid, who opened the show, it was Lila Moss who appeared on the podium, followed directly by her mother. The resemblance was uncanny. Two years later, it was on the Met Gala red carpet that Kate Moss and her daughter caused a sensation, dressed in Fendi. The duo wore powder pink dresses, adorned with feathers and lace, for this evening which celebrated the memory of Karl Lagerfeld. He was the artistic director of the brand for 54 years, before Kim Jones took over. Since then, the designer never hesitates to bet on a Moss, or two, when the opportunity presents itself.
